Horizontal surfaces look like they haven't been wiped down all day. Men's room was filthy dirt in the sink underneath the hand dryer and the floor in the whole establishment looks like lt hasn't seen a mop in a couple of months.
I understand the newness of the establishment. I expected the lines to be long & slow in the beginning. I have been here on many occasions since it opened. Today was the longest I have had to wait on my lunch hour. I waited 25 min. The explanation I got was people quit & called in. The food was good but I had to eat it in a hurry in order to get back to work.
Service was fine, crew morale seems high which is a good thing.
Kitchen looked clean from what I could see. I think more manager training is required.
My orders are never right. When I order supreme I expect a sepreme. I'd also like to eat my burrito with it evenly. Not a bite of beef, then and whole mouth full of sour cream. And when I call for the first time to inform them, no answer. 5 calls, Noone answered. It takes forever to get the food too. I understand it's a new store, but the kinks should have been worked out by now. Get on the ball team leaders. LEAD YOUR TEAM.
Food was great once we got someone to take our order and eventually got our food. New management would be a good idea i believe. He knew nothing about running the register and took a call in the middle of the order from his cell phone and sounded to me like it wasn't business related. I think if he would spend more time trying to figure out the register and running the store instead of stepping out to smoke the 3 times he did while we were there for over 35 mins he may know a little something and for the rest of the crew there were some who were really trying, but started getting busy they had to call those outside back in a cpl times while there. Felt kinda bad for the ones trying. I know it is a new place and trying to get things straightened out but good employees would help. They were all very nice, but need to figure out why they are there. Well some of them anyway. This is 3rd time been here and service hasn't changed any. Trying to give them benefit of the doubt, but hard to when some are barely trying. They think it is more of social time than working. Sorry!
The food was great once we got it all. Took a long time and didn't get all of our order. Went in to eat the cashier was very nice as well as the girl that brang out our food both times. They were very kind. I think the it would've been faster service if the some of the employees weren't taking so many smoke breaks. The whole time we were there about 45 minutes 4 employees had went out twice and 2 of them were heading back out again when we were leaving.
